Three core products to help you win and retain business
The new Sugar solution is now comprised of three core products: Sugar Market, Sugar Sell and Sugar Serve. Here’s what you need to know about each, in a nutshell.
- Sugar Market. Formerly known as SalesFusion, this is Sugar’s new ‘all-you-need’ marketing automation tool. It includes highly intuitive campaign builders, advanced automation and superior reporting so that you can better understand engagement, improve conversion and drive more revenue.
- Sugar Sell. Sugar’s intuitive and collaborative CRM features all the sales productivity tools you need to manage your leads, sales opportunities and accounts.
- Sugar Serve. Sugar’s customer service platform is designed to help you deliver responsive customer support. From easy, at-a-glance dashboards to robust self-service portals, it has everything you need to create outstanding customer experiences and features a newly-designed customer service agent workbench.
What this means for existing Sugar customers
Sugar Market is a new offering, which means it’s available to all SugarCRM customers. If you’re already using SugarCRM Enterprise or Professional, you can easily migrate to Sugar Sell and Sugar Serve.

Make changes faster with Tile View
Tile View allows you to visualize and engage with your cases, opportunities, and tasks in an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. You can easily drag tiles from one column to another to change the status of a record, or change the expected close dates on opportunities from one month to the next.
Get better visibility with the Interactions Dashlet
The Interactions dashlet is available to add to most record views and gives you instant visibility across previous interactions with a particular customer. Use it to surface historical data on calls, emails, meetings, and notes that relate to the record you’re viewing, with interactions listed in descending order (most recent at the top).
