We look forward to having clients come visit us and check out the new offices and spaces, which include a fantastic boardroom, equipped with the latest digital whiteboard to help us conduct workshops and training. We’re also conveniently located next to a conference centre with an array of coffee shops and restaurants on site, which makes it great for hosting your training events.
But the move wasn’t just about upgrading our surroundings. We also took the opportunity to make some operational changes, the most significant of which was doing away with old-fashioned telephone handsets and switching to a cloud based telephone system. This means we’re now largely cloud-based for our business operations.
As everything is integrated with our work computers and SugarCRM, we’re now able to see who is calling into the office and log calls directly into Sugar using an integration, as well as gaining useful click-to-dial functionality. In addition to the CRM functionality, it’s been incredibly simple to set up, with an amazing range of features that blows our old system away. We can easily set up voicemails, call groups, transfer calls to the mobile app from our computer, make calls from the mobile app as if we were sitting in the office, get voicemails automatically converted to text then emailed to us, plus much more.
